All coach responses are generated by artificial intelligence. Responses may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate content. Always use your own judgment and seek professional advice when needed.

4. User Accounts

Minimum age requirement is 13+
You must provide accurate information
You must maintain account security
You are responsible for all account activities

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Cue Premium

Billed through Apple App Store
Auto-renewal unless canceled
Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled
Cancel via iOS Settings → Subscriptions

Refunds

Refunds are managed by Apple and follow Apple's refund policy.

6. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

Use Cue for illegal purposes
Attempt to hack or reverse-engineer the App
Share your account credentials
Upload malicious content
Violate intellectual property rights
Use Cue to generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content

Cue owns all app content and functionality. The App, coaches, and all content are protected by intellectual property laws.
